I have experience real growth over the last six months, whilst I've worked with Sally. My internal voice is noticeably less critical, I am braver in how I show up, and I trust myself more in situations I have historically shied away from, especially visibility. Sally is really easy to talk to, I felt comfortable being uncomfortable really early on and didn't feel a need to filter myself or hide anything. When I embarked on my coaching journey, I was stuck in a conflicted and stressful decision making process.
