What started as a passion has evolved into a professional coaching practice underpinned by my ILM Level 7 qualification in Executive Coaching and Mentoring, EMCC Senior Practitioner accreditation, and training in the Foundations of Group and Team Coaching. I am also an ICF Affiliate Member, reflecting my commitment to continuous professional development and the highest professional coaching standards.

I take a whole-person approach, creating a safe, warm, and welcoming space where you can explore, reflect, and uncover your own answers. There’s nothing more rewarding than seeing someone tap into their own ideas and resources and step confidently into what they’re capable of. Alongside one-to-one executive coaching and mentoring, I also support groups and teams to strengthen collaboration, build trust and create the conditions for high performance. My coaching combines professional coaching expertise with real-world leadership experience, enabling me to bring both support and challenge to every conversation.

I live in the Hertfordshire countryside with my husband, two daughters, and our two lively dogs. I love going to the gym, reading, travelling, and making the most of every adventure life offers.
